  • Prices will vary based on the complexity, materials and details of the garment.

  • Design services are separately priced and available for bookings for an additional fee. All design rights are own by designer Namibia Viera.

  • Once the design is approved by the client, we will proceed to make a “toile” and measurements of the body, as well as getting all materials to start the whole process of the garment. We require 60% upfront and 40% when the garment is completed.

  • If you are not in NYC and cannot commit to travel to NYC for appointments, we will follow the measurements provided by you.

  • Garment typically delivers in 6 - 8 weeks, depending on your garment specifics. Rush orders may be arranged.

  • All appointments are confirmed after deposits are received. All deposits are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not make replicas of other’s designers garments.

  • Please fill out the request form in all fields. Once a request form has been fully submitted, you will receive a detailed reply via email within 48 hours.
